Returns & Refunds
All CroCraft bags are handmade and made to order.
Each piece is created specifically for you, which means returns are handled slightly differently than with mass-produced items.
Returns
Because all items are made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued once the returned item (if required) has been received and inspected.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom & made-to-request items
Items made to request, including custom colors, materials or design adjustments, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet started.
Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
