1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the CroCraft website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

CroCraft reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All CroCraft products are handmade and made to order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, texture or color may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the product’s unique character.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
CroCraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

CroCraft accepts the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

5. Production & Shipping

All items are made to order.
Please allow 7–12 days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Once shipped, CroCraft is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, returns are not accepted, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact CroCraft within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Custom or made-to-request items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Product Care

CroCraft products require careful handling.
Care instructions are provided on the Product Care page.
CroCraft is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing or storage.

8. Custom Requests

Custom requests regarding colors, materials or design adjustments may be discussed via the contact form.
Acceptance of custom requests is at the discretion of CroCraft and may affect production time.

Custom items are final sale.

9. Liability

CroCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

CroCraft’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and designs, is the property of CroCraft and may not be used, copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
