All CroCraft bags are handmade and made to order.
This means each piece is created especially for you, rather than being produced in large quantities.

Production time

Each bag is made entirely by hand, from yarn to final form.
Please allow 7–12 days for production before your order is shipped.

This timeframe allows for careful craftsmanship, attention to detail and a slow, intentional making process.

Shipping

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using a tracked shipping service.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

International orders

CroCraft ships internationally.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, slight delays may occur due to the handmade nature of our products or during busy periods.
If there is any unexpected delay, you will be informed as soon as possible.
